The Centre for Natural Health in Wickford has been hosting Yoga for many years and continues to encourage these basic principles of yoga teaching:

• Small class sizes of typically 6-8 to ensure that each student receives the personalised tuition they deserve.
• The appropriate environment: The rooms are warm, carpeted and peaceful.
• Pure yoga: Each student can be assured that the yoga they will be taught is the most ancient and traditional Hatha Yoga that has been practised in the same form for centuries.

HypnoBirthing

HypnoBirthing classes are held at The Centre by arrangement.

Location

The Centre for Natural Health is located near the junction of The Broadway and Lower Southend Road. It is situated opposite Swan Lane, just a stone's throw from the main High Street. Please note that The Centre does not have a ‘frontage’ on The Broadway – it is a little bit tucked back!

The Centre is situated just three minutes walk from Wickford railway station (services run direct to London, Liverpool Street every 20 minutes) and is on the main bus route to many local towns.
