Yoga

Our regular yoga classes are structured as a series of four classes that you enjoy over a four week period, one a week.

The full cost of the four week series of classes is £32 and is payable in advance:

• by cash (in person at any of the venues - do not post cash)
• by cheque

What happens if I miss one of my yoga classes?

If you are unable to attend your particular yoga class in any given week, you can come to another of my scheduled classes at either venue in the same week. This is by arrangement and assuming that there is space (which there usually is!).

Pregnancy Yoga

Pregnancy Yoga classes are pay-as-you go.

The cost of each class is £8.
This is payable at the beginning of the class by cash or cheque.

HypnoBirthing®

HypnoBirthing is a course of typically five sessions.

The total cost of the course is £190 per couple.
This amount is usually paid in two installments.
